Adding an Organizational Profile & Do Assessment
In order to do assessments, you must create an Organizational Profile, which is a profile which describes for what organization/group/business etc you are doing the assessment for, it’s the top level profile which will house all the assessments (which will be defined by function type).
To add an Organization Profile, click on “Add Organization Profile” on the top navigation bar.
On the following page, enter your Organization Profile’s name, a label for identification purposes (e.g. to mention the branch, optional), industry type, country and a description of the profile (optional).
If you have a number of organization profiles already, you can use the “Check for existing profiles” button to check for organizational profiles that match the criteria you entered in the name box.
To add the profile, click on “Add”.

You will be redirected to the assessment questionnaire page. When doing assessments, always be sure to select the “Group Function Type”, which is similar to a department. If you are making a general organizational assessment, leave it as the default value.

Fill out the questionnaire by selecting the collectively agreed value for each question. You may add comments for each level of the questionnaire to refer back to at a later stage at the bottom of the questions.

Click on “Go to Next” to scroll through the questionnaire list. After you have finished filling it out click on “Submit”. You will be then redirected to the Organizational Profile page. To view the assessment you filled out, click on the latest assessment, at the top, by click the Function Type record. To simple view the chart, you may click on “View Chart”. After click on the function type, e.g. “Accounting” you will be redirected to the assessment report, from where you can view the chart, comments made during the questionnaire, and comments you can add about the assessment as a whole.

On the right-hand menu box, there are a few other options. You can easily create another new assessment under that organizational profile instead of going back to the profile page. You can view the chart in a new window/tab. You can also print the assessment, which will open up the assessment report in a new page, with a summary but with no identification details present for privacy.

On the bottom boxes, you can view other assessments under the organizational profile, and also view a history of assessments matching the organization profile and function type.
